Now, a Navigation Center for the homeless is planned right next door to that building behind the fence that you see. And opponents are saying that there are clear Public Safety concerns. They would like the city to stop construction on the Navigation Center. She was grabbed by a man when she tried to get inside her building last week, and that attack was caught on security tape. She points to what she sees as a drug and Mental Illness problem in the city and joined the group which has been opposed to the Navigation Center, and they filed a lawsuit over it. Today pointed to other recent incidents of crime across the neighborhood. Please take action. Dont build this year. You dont have the capability to properly manage it.
