Serving from 2005 to06 as an advicer to the state departments reconstruction team, mr. Carter returned home to an increasing involvement in veterans issues. As a civilian we has worked in the private sector as an attorney and business adviser, and is currently teaching as an ajunk professor of law at georgetown university. Violate my privacy. It makes me sick to my stomach. Muehlhausers camera dropped from its hiding place onto the bathroom floor in front of one victim who took the camera to police. His attorney claims stress triggered a voyeurism psychological disorder and thats now being treated. This unfortunately has affected so many people and he understands that and he wants to make things right and hes figuring out through his counselors how to make things right. This is a lifelong impact on the victims. There isnt a day that goes by that they dont think about this event and the violation of their privacy.
