Parliament's standing committee supports President's proposal to appoint Oyun-Erdene as PM
In the Article 28.1 of the Law on Session Procedures of the State Great Hural (Parliament) of Mongolia, it states that the Standing Committee on State Structure shall discuss the nominee for Prime Minister within 3 working days after the President of Mongolia submits his proposal to the State Great Hural in accordance with Article 39.2 of the Constitution of Mongolia.
