The cause of the delay of the "TFT" Set Eight 13.2 update was a social engineering attack that targeted Riot last week.

Riot probably noticed that some of the current meta comps are a bit too reliant on certain units that the developer decided to take them down a notch in the "TFT"13.1 B patch.

"TFT" 12.23 B patch introduces major rebalancing changes to outliers like Zed and Viego and 53 other minor adjustments.
