Arkansas Insurance Department hears opposition to state drug pricing rules
Proposed rules to enable state legislation passed to let contract pharmacies continue offering cost savings on some prescription drugs received pushback Thursday at a public hearing. Arkansas health care providers said the 2021 law relating to the federal 340B Drug Pricing Program duplicates other state law and adds unnecessary complexity.
