STAMFORD Police are investigating a shooting at a Harbor Point restaurant over the weekend.
Sgt. Seth O’Brien said the shooting occurred around 3:15 p.m. Sunday at Taco Daddy, 121 Towne St.
O’Brien said police believe a man was being assaulted by a group of individuals in the restaurant’s bathroom when he pulled a gun and began firing.
Nobody was struck in the shooting, O’Brien said.
All parties involved in the incident had fled the scene by the time police arrived, O’Brien said.
O’Brien said investigators found a bullet in the bathroom wall and multiple casings on the ground.
