PETALING JAYA: A Magistrate's Court here has dismissed an application by former Universiti Malaya Association of New Youth (Umany) president Wong Yan Ke to quash a charge of disobeying a police officer.

Wong's lawyer requests extension to read DPP's written submission which they only received today.

PETALING JAYA: The magistrates’ court here today granted activist Wong Yan Ke a discharge not amounting to acquittal (DNAA) over a charge of disobeying a police order to stop recording a raid three years ago.
