Shellby Hall's mother, Sheela, claims that surveillance footage from inside the jail shows her daughter eating breakfast just a few hours before her death.

On Sunday morning she was filmed by a security camera eating breakfast less than two hours before she was discovered dead in her cell at Madison County Jail

A family in Indiana is searching for answers after an 18-year-old girl was found dead in her jail cell over the weekend.
