A restaurant from Chef Justin Sutherland will be coming to the Mill District in Minneapolis, according to a press release Tuesday.

Sherman Associates has construction underway in Minneapolis and St. Paul to revamp empty office buildings and make them apartments.

Developer is expected to submit a development plan and zoning request for project on city-owned parking lot within 30 days.
