Alta Capital has previously invested in India s largest managed office spaces operator, Table Space, and Pragati Warehousing. Good Host Spaces, which partners with universities to provide specialized accommodation services to students, has an operational portfolio of around 25,000 beds across five cities and is in talks to add more.
