On a night when the soccer program honored new Kansas Athletics Hall of Fame inductee Liana Salazar, Kansas defeated Arkansas State 3-0 at Rock Chalk Park Thursday. Lexi Watts, Brie Severns and Montelene Dymond all scored goals and Hallie Klanke had two assists for the second straight game.

Four Jayhawks found the back of the net and Kansas defeated the Colorado College Tigers 6-0 at Rock Chalk Park on Sunday afternoon. Junior Raena Childers scored twice, redshirt juniors Hallie Klanke and Brie Severns and senior Avery Smith each scored a goal apiece and Kansas also took advantage of an own goal.

On a hot Thursday night at Rock Chalk Park, Kansas and Vanderbilt played to a 1-1 draw in the home opener for the Jayhawks. Senior Moira Kelley scored her first career goal on a free kick from the midfield circle.

The Kansas Jayhawks opened the 2023 season with a 0-0 draw against Wisconsin on Thursday at McClimon Track/Soccer Complex. Super-senior goalkeeper Melania Pasar had a career-high nine saves in the match.

The 29th season of women’s soccer at the University of Kansas kicks off on Thursday, Aug. 17, at McClimon Track/Soccer Complex in Madison, Wisconsin, as the Jayhawks face the Badgers. Kickoff is set for 7 p.m. CT and the game will be broadcast on BTN+.

Kansas head soccer coach Mark Francis announced that the Jayhawks signed six student-athletes to National Letters of Intent.
