You are right in the sense that the larger issue fuels the smaller issue. you are wrong in the sense that there is a police epidemic of shooting down blacks. there is 123 out of a population of 43 million in 2012 the last stats. thats infans at the -- infans at the sim mall. the perception is that the cops are hunting us down by the young black men. thats a perception. >> and the moms perception that the cops represent more of a danger to their kids than the crooks. >> but thats not the reality....
