IFA consolidator Radiant Financial Group has purchased Doncaster-based IFA Ethos Financial Solutions.

Radiant Financial Group (Radiant) has acquired the assets and goodwill of Doncaster-based IFA, Ethos Financial Solutions. Ethos Financial Solutions has £300m in assets under advice (AUA), as well as 18 members of staff, including 5 advisers. 

Following the purchase of two Scottish IFAs earlier this month, consolidator Radiant Financial Group has bought three more IFAs, bringing its total AUA up to £1.3bn.
