Minute Man National Historical Park received approximately $27.4 million in project funds from the Great American Outdoors Act (GAOA) to address deferred maintenance and repair needs for the park’s buildings, structures, landscape, trails, signage, and monuments in order to improve the visitor experience.

The national park has historic structures and landscapes associated with the opening battle of the American Revolution.

Minute Man National Historical Park is set to receive a major facelift, with $27 million allocated for a variety of restoration projects.

Phase 1 of the project will include interior and exterior rehabilitation and preservation work on 16 historic structures.

Minute Man National Historic Park is a beneficiary of generous federal funding. Two members of Congress visited July 25 to see the funds at work.
