MANATEE CO, Fla- â Police are looking for a suspect they say killed a man after an argument.
On Wednesday, December 24 Palmetto police found an injured man at Palmetto Trace Apartments after a reported shooting. Officers identified the man as 27-year-old RaâShaad McDonald.
Manatee County EMS transported Mr. McDonald to Blake Medical Center where he died.
Palmetto Police and Manatee County Sheriffâs Office detectives say that McDonald was shot during an argument and identified 28-year-old Sirness Devon Stuarts of Palmetto as the person who shot and killed him.

At approximately 5:45 p.m., the Palmetto Police department responded to Palmetto Trae Apartments for a reported shooting, a Palmetto Police news release said. Arriving officers found 27-year-old Ra Shaad McDonald lying on the lawn behind 102 8th St. E. with several gunshot wounds.
Officers began life-saving efforts. McDonald was transported to Blake Medical Center where he later died.
Police investigators and Manatee County Sheriff s Office detectives determined that McDonald was shot during an argument with 28-year-old Sirness Devon Stuarts of Palmetto. Stuarts was identified by police as the man who allegedly killed McDonald.

PALMETTO, Fla. - Palmetto police detectives are searching for the man they say is responsible for shooting and killing another on Wednesday.
Around 5:45 p.m., police responded to the Palmetto Trace Apartments, located at 708 2nd Avenue. When they arrived, they said they found the victim, 27year-old Ra’Shaad McDonald lying on the lawn behind 102 8th St East. They said he had multiple gunshot wounds.
He was taken to Blake Medical Center where he passed away.
During the investigation, Palmetto police and Manatee County deputies determined McDonald was shot by 28 year-old Sirness Devon Stuarts. They said the shooting occurred after both men started arguing.
