The Brainerd Ski Loons and Rice Lake property owners will have to work out their disagreements over lake use among themselves, the Brainerd Parks Board told the two groups Tuesday, July 13.
About 50 people packed the council chambers at Brainerd City Hall Tuesday, many speaking during the public forum portion of the parks board meeting about the Ski Loons water ski team and their use of Rice Lake in Lum Park.
