Windchills are making it feel like negative 30 in the northwest. The arctic blast comes as millions dig out from the recent snow. Abcs mary bruce has the details. Reporter millions are digging out from this massive winter storm. And this freeze is about to get worse. A onetwo punch of bonechilling cold crippling the midwest and northeast. This morning, at least two dozen states under windchill warnings or advisories. Fresh misery in minnesota. Blizzards creating whiteout conditions. Today, it will feel like 35 below zero in minneapolis. In massachusetts they are clearing over a foot of snow. Residents in new jersey worked overtime to keep up.
