The development vision encapsulates the identification of infrastructure and tourism development in the Ayodhya Development Authority Area of 875sq km including the current master-planned city area of 133 sq km and core city of 31.5 sq. km. 

Canada-based multinational firm LEA Associates South Asia Private Ltd and two Indian firms, Larsen and Toubro and Kukreja Architect will work on the project together.

Cost outlay of the 1,200-acre project and its rollout would be finalised by them

The three firms will prepare the blueprint for town planning, transport, traffic, infrastructure, finance, economy, heritage, tourism, urban design and renewable resources.
