Dubai Economy launches upgraded ‘Smart Protection’ for consumers AI-enabled service ensures resolution of consumer complaints within five minutes The Commercial Compliance & Consumer Protection (CCCP) Sector in Dubai Economy has launched the upgraded version of its Smart Protection, the first-of-its-kind service introduced in April 2018 to resolve consumer complaints faster with the help of artificial intelligence (AI) and without any human intervention. The service enables consumers to have their complaints resolved within five minutes, as against four working days previously. CCCP has resolved more than 2,000 consumer complaints through the service since its launch.
