Snowfall. charleston airport recorded 5.3 inches of snow. the national weather service says its the third highest snowfall amount on record. the runways are closed at this time. the airlines have canceled early flights this morning. in charleston local bus service is suspended and police are urging people to avoid driving. the roads are icy. overnight we saw several fender benders and vehicles that slid off the highway. in savannah, georgia a train derailed. there are no reports of any injuries....
