The temple authorities made a notable change to shift from plastic to stainless steel. All plastic covers and plates have been replaced with their more sustainable counterparts, while even the flower offerings are now presented in small butti (baskets) instead of plastic covers. The wet waste generated, such as flowers and leaves, will be meticulously composted, contributing to a significant reduction in overall waste.โ
