Now, police, firefighters, peco crews are on the scene, trying to get the situation under control. Several buildings in and around walnut st. Have been evacuated. We know one building had smoke inside. There are about 100 customers without power. Crews here at the scene know the bumm being of the customers are in society hill towers.
