Additional arrests were made on May 20, 2024, in a Boone County, West Virginia case of the body of a 14-year-old girl discovered in an emaciated, skeletal state. Jerry Carter Stone, 75, and Donna Sue Stone, 76 of Morrisvale, Boone County, were charged with child neglect resulting in death.
A judge has scheduled a hearing for May 31 on requests plaintiffs who have been inmates at West Virginia correctional facilities have made seeking information from Gov.
