It was a somber evening Tuesday at Michigan State University. Berkey Hall and the MSU Union were lit up in green in remembrance of the shooting tragedy that unfolded there one year ago.

Gov. Gretchen Whitmer pays honor to the lost and injured on the first anniversary of the MSU mass shooting.

Over 35 MSU students gathered for the walkout outside Berkey Hall, where the deadly shooting began just under two months ago.
