April's full Moon is known by many names, according to different Native American tribes and cultures around the world.

April's full Moon, known as the Pink Moon, rises on Tuesday night and will appear bright in the night sky through the end of the week.

There are also two meteor showers to keep an eye out for in the coming weeks, the Lyrids and Eta Aquariids.

The April moon is also referred to as the Fish Moon by coastal cultures, the Egg Moon, and the Sprouting Grass Moon.
