The City Attorneys Office has looked into the contractor and for we are very close to being finished with this contract. Its not really new money per se. Its part of the contingency budget. Like any construction project we have change orders and modifications. This is within budget. Thank you, any other comments . This was at the Capital Committee. We were given assurances that moving forward they wouldnt be allowed to bid on projects. The problems and allegations against this contractor doesnt relate to this contract. There was a determination in order to complete the project, basically we had to finish the project. The allocation as it general manager noted doesnt require new money to finish the project but the conclusion was while we understand the allegations and the problems with the contractor.
