Conrad Energy secured GBP 200 million ($233.5 million) in financing for two synchronous condensers to be installed in the East of England.

Conrad Energy has announced it has successfully closed the greenfield financing of its two Pathfinder synchronous condenser projects located in the East of England.

The inverters at 300MW/600MWh BESS project will enable assets to deliver inertia that is “essential for the grid to function efficiently”.
