Texas Court of Criminal Appeals rejected Rodney Reeds claim that prosecutors at his 1998 trial suppressed evidence that could have exonerated him.

The Supreme Court ruled Texas death row inmate Rodney Reed can pursue DNA testing in the 1996 Bastrop County murder of Stacey Stites.
