I have always been a big fan of Jalapeño jelly and I recently came across Wickers Mesquite Smoked Jalapeño Jelly on a random Lubbock foodie Facebook page. Guys, I am in love. Owner Wes Wicker makes this delicious jelly with his wife, and the pair have sold over 6,000 jars in the last year.
