Was smoking. there was fuel leaking out of it. bystanders rushed in to help, which is a very good thing. if there was a mechanical issue here, a helicopter can be really difficult to control under those circumstances. a pilot has to tamp down their startle factor and try and get this helicopter under control relatively quickly. we dont know if that is the case just yet. the weather was good. the ntsb is on the scene. well learn more at a press conference this afternoon, but exactly what brought ...
