(Fargo, ND) -- North Dakota Secretary of State Michael Howe says he's concerned about what data for early voting is indicating for tomorrow's primary election. "The 2022 numbers, we had 18.8 percent statewide turnout. If things hold right now, we might be in a similar disappointing number here in 2024, said Howe. In an interview Monday, Howe said the state had 40,623 ballots
