KTR Launches State Robotics Framework: Telangana IT minister KTR has launched Telangana State Robotis Framework, this is the first of its kind in India. Uniindia: Hyderabad, May 9 (UNI) Telangana has become the first state in India to launch its State Robotics Framework, developed by the Emerging Technologies Wing of the ITE&C Department in collaboration with the All India Robotics Association.
