SOUTH LAKE TAHOE, Calif. - The friends of Keely Pereira of South Lake Tahoe have started a GoFundMe fundraising account to help with the familys funeral and memorial service expenses. Keely was one of the four people who lost their lives in South Lake Tahoe on Monday.

In their continuing support of Bread & Broth’s mission to ease hunger in the Lake Tahoe South Shore community, Heavenly Mountain Resort hosted Bread & Broth’s (B&B) Monday Meal on February 5.

The races take place on the World Cup Run with check-in and registration at the Foundation Building by the tram. There is a maximum of five racers on each team - the best three times races will be scored.

LAKE TAHOE, Calif. - Hundreds of salt dough necklaces were created by the third and fourth graders at Tahoe Lake Elementary School in Tahoe City for Valentines Day. The students sold all the heart necklaces they made at their school and made $140. They will be donating all of the money raised to Lake Tahoe Wildlife Care (LTWC) in South Lake Tahoe.
