Capacity. we issued a voluntary evacuation yesterday. i dont believe a handful of people left. category one doesnt scare anybody in south louisiana but you do have to make through it, the wind blows, you got electricity problems, youll go without electricity. thats expected. we have some station problems, due to electrical failures. were trying to get the generation there now. for the most part, theres a lot of rain coming. somebodys going to get it. were prepared for it if it comes this way. >>...
