A proposed Zoning Ordinance amendment to provide regulations related to detoxification and drug treatment facilities in Fountain Hills is on the Town Council agenda for Tuesday, Feb. 21.

The Town Council will consider a staff request to apply for federal grant funding for three infrastructure projects when it meets on Tuesday, Jan. 17.

Tuesday, Nov. 15, will be the final session for the current Town Council as three members will have their terms expire for the first session in December.

The Town Council has another work study session on its agenda for Tuesday, Sept. 20, this time to discuss water infiltration issues and damage at the Fountain Hills Community Center.

The final consideration of the proposed budget for the 2022/2023 Fiscal Year is the Town Council’s priority for its session on Tuesday, June 7.

There are a couple of items related to the proposed Park Place Phase 2 and Phase 3 development on the Town Council agenda for Tuesday, May 17.

The Town Council will consider a revised version of the site plan for Phase II and Phase III of the Park Place Development when it meets on Tuesday, April 19.

The Town Council’s regular agenda for its session on Tuesday, Feb. 15, includes consideration of changes to the Zoning Ordinance as it pertains design standards for single-family residential dwellings.
