Deutsche Boerse has said Stephanie Eckermann has been promoted to its executive board to head up its new post-trade division, two months after the overall head of the pre- and post-trade business was announced as its new chief executive

Eckermann will be responsible for the newly formed Post-Trading division, which consists of the Securities Services and Fund Services businesses

Stephanie Eckermann will now lead the strategy of Clearstream Banking AG while remaining responsible for strategy, finance and compliance across Clearstream in its entirety
