Invacare makes board changes as part of agreement with big shareholder
The Elyria-based medical equipment maker said it has entered into a 'cooperation agreement' with its largest shareholder, Azurite Management, which owned about 10.3% of the company's shares outstanding. As part of the agreement, Invacare has appointed two new independent directors: Steven H. Rosen and Edward F. Crawford. Two other directors have departed.
