Des Moines, IA- A Wapello man has pleaded guilty in federal court to two counts of failure to file federal income tax returns for 2016 and 2018. 50-year-old Bradley Ewart of Wapello is scheduled to be sentenced on July 28, 2022, by United States District Court Chief Judge Stephanie M.
