Opening statements in the trial of Ashley Myers Tuesday morning in front of Judge Meghan Saleebey focused on whether Myers was impaired leading up to the crash or if a semi-truck hit Myers’ car first, causing her to cross the median and crash into a car driven by Cassandra Wright.
