A monthslong search for a new CEO at Berry Global Group Inc. has led the company to Kevin Kwilinski, who led label maker Multi-Color Corp.

Stephen Sterrett, Lead Independent Director, was named Chairman of the Board. Tom Salmon will retire from his roles as CEO and Chairman but will remain through the end of the calendar year in an advisory capacity to ensure a smooth transition.

CEO Tom Salmon, who has been in the corner office for the past six years and led Berry through the largest growth in its history, will leave the company at the end of the year.
