Philly's Art for the Cash Poor on Oct. 7 features locally produced artwork sold for less than $250
Art For the Cash Poor, Philly's affordable artwork fair, takes place Saturday, Oct. 7, on the 1400 and 1500 blocks of North American St. It will showcase the work of more than 120 local artists, and all artwork sold at the fair costs less than $250.
