Two finalists advance in Salem special mayoral election
Dominick Pangallo, former chief of staff to former mayor Kim Driscoll, and former mayor Neil Harrington, emerged as the top two vote getters in Tuesday's special election. The winner of the May 16 final election will finish Driscoll's term, which expires in 2026. She resigned in January when she became the state's lieutenant governor.
