The La Jolla Community Planning Association was unable to reach consensus during its July 7 meeting regarding updated plans to build two houses with junior accessory dwelling units on Nautilus Street.

For the second time in as many months, the La Jolla Community Planning Association vetoed the findings of one of its subcommittees during its May 5 meeting.

Structures across from La Jolla High School, at the La Jolla Cove Hotel & Suites, and in the Barber Tract and Bird Rock get the green light.

Projects presented to La Jolla’s Development Permit Review Committee went two for three during the board’s Jan. 18 meeting online.

The DPR Committee also asks applicants for projects in The Village and the Muirlands neighborhood to return with more information.
