The 3D-printed spiral core for near-contour core cooling is Strack Norma’s new innovation in the field of injection moulding standards. The additive manufacturing process realises an optimised cooling system that shortens cycle times and increases moulded part quality.

Standard parts manufacturer Strack Norma renews its cooperation with the company Desoi and includes thread unscrewing units in its program with immediate effect. The cooperation enables the Lüdenscheid-based company to offer its customers a faster, more precise and more economical alternative to conventional thread demoulding techniques.

Strack Norma revolutionises customisation in slide construction with their new Z42010 slide kits, offering 33 sizes for perfect integration into any production workflow. Featuring easy-to-produce outer radii and DLC-coated guide pads for durability and low-maintenance, these kits promise enhanced flexibility and efficiency in mould making.

The companies Strack Norma and Desoi agree on a closer cooperation at the beginning of the 4th quarter of the year 2023. The focus of the closer sales cooperation is, among other things, joint training for the designer as well as coordinated marketing and sales campaigns.

Strack Norma will present its innovations in the field of injection moulding and die casting tools at the Fakuma International Trade Fair for Plastics Processing from October 17 to 21 in Friedrichshafen. In doing so, the Lüdenscheid-based company is continuing its path towards Industry 4.0 and is expanding its digital offering to include mould location and a new variant of flow monitoring.

Strack Norma extends its product range with the new electromechanical single-point lifting system Liftmould. The system has been developed for handling large moulds such as injection moulding, die casting and foundry moulds.

The supplier of standard parts, Strack Norma, will be showcasing its extensive range of innovative and standardised solutions for the mould and die industry at Moulding Expo in Stuttgart from 13-16 June 2023.
