The Ukrainian Government requested a ton more NATO-standard heavy weaponry such as multiple launch rocket systems (MLRS), howitzers, and tanks to help their forces repel further Russian advances in Severodonetsk.
Due to the high number of casualties in Ukraine, Russia is planning to ramp up its recruitment campaign of military "volunteers" to be done outside the Russian capital of Moscow.
