Especially for a high level executive like donald trump jr. look, youre playing in the majors now. youre running for president of the united states. the pitches come faster, the strike zone is a little bit different. and so you cant, you know, plead that you didnt know what you were getting into. also as far as, you know, the meeting was not significant, this person came with an interpreter, i think all of us if we think back over the last year you can think of the number of meetings you had wit...

>> and the coal ban -- the dumping order yesterday i think is a message to china. china gets a lot of benefit from north korea, because everything they do something provocative, we dont talk to china about the things we want to, predator trade practices, south china sea, taiwan, all the rest of it. also we send the high level envoy to beijing and we ask for their cooperation. beijing sees that as a way to get bar danning chips from us. >> isnt that coming to an end? we have seattle possible in s...

Medical research so that they can have giant tax cuts for billionaires. this is -- i mean, hes like the worst guy in your fantasy football league, the guy who is constantly proposing, you give me tom brady and ill give you two backups that are no one. hes on a different planet. i dont understand what hes thinking. >> rick wilson, there he is with more republicans there than democrats. hes clearly saying for all republicans in washington to hear, that he is eager to work with chuck schumer knowin...

Health care would have to be pulled miles and miles to the left from where it was in the house of representatives. you would lose paul ryans vote ton the way to chuck schumer, i dont see the legislative strike zone is that donald trump is dreaming about. if you think the freedom caucus was problem, wait until they got to chucks version, it is going to send those guys around the bin. this doesnt solve the problem in the house in the slightest and its, frankly, i think its wish casting on trurmps ...

>> he did exceedingly well. he is really truly sort of the gold standard for supreme court nominees. he is highly intelligent. he writes very, very well. all right. most of these nominees are trained, quite frankly, by the justice department to just hit grounders. one of the reasons they get in trouble is when they try to put one over the fence. these are people who are told just hit grounders. dont try to make any news. dont go for those throws in the corner of the strike zone. and he did that....

Innings fun again, i think what they do is mandate that you have to put out your fattest relief pitcher. so its not a single wins the game. i want to see them rounding third, shaking and rattling. i dont like this role, i dont like any of the changes actually. except for raising the strike zone a little bit, i think thats been the best change of pace. >> tom: that doesnt speed up the game, does it not? >> yes, less people, the swingers just packing away. of the strike was way too low, and overco...

Closely and sometimes ray process. and i think the point now is not so much this guy is or isnt qualified but the point right now and try to protect the court from becoming the political delivery system. and that is a novelty in supreme court history. and the last example will be the judges that worked so hard to protect slavery back in the old days and since then we had a long run of judges that took being a judge seriously and called balls and strikes and since then, since roberts weve had a v...
