A longtime pizza joint in downtown Belmont will shut its doors this week. Doffer’s Pizzeria, located next to The String Bean at 106 N. Main St., announced that it will close Sunday at the end of restaurants lease. “We will permanently close our doors March 7,” the restaurant wrote in a statement posted on Facebook on Feb. 23.
