Former environmental scientist Greg Pilley launched Stroud Brewery as one of the country’s few all-organic breweries in 2006, expanding in 2018 into its current site where, over three floors, the taproom and events spaces demonstrate not only a commitment to sustainability but a belief in the value of providing a genuinely inclusive community hub.
