Maine State Police Log Week of Jan. 21 ELLSWORTH — The Maine State Police are investigating a fatal crash on Route 1 in Topsfield Jan. 14 that claimed the life of a Houlton man. Tyler Dwyer, 30, was deceased at the scene, police said. An unnamed passenger was injured. Dwyer had been southbound in a 2009 Ford pickup truck, which belongs to Bushwacker and Sons Logging Inc. out of Cary, police said.
