A team of reporters with the British publication and broadcast service Sky News came under fire from Russian soldiers in Ukraine on Monday, with at least one journalist wounded in the attack.

Correspondent Stuart Ramsay and his crew miraculously survived after their car was fired on.

The attack is thought to have been carried out by a saboteur Russian reconnaissance squad.

The incident left Chief correspondent Stuart Ramsay and one of his crew members injured.

After NBC’s Today skipped on Friday morning the frightening news that Russia had criminalized reporting basic facts about their war on Ukraine, NBC Nightly News gave the story 55 seconds of muted coverage hours later, possibly due to the fact that they were still reporting from Moscow as other western networks ceased reporting there and not risk prison sentences of up to 15 years.
